Mervyn A. Fonseca, CPA, CA
Chartered Professional Accountant
Mervyn graduated from the University of Toronto in 1998 with a Bachelor of Commerce degree and obtained his CA designation in 2002 while articling with KPMG LLP. During his time with KPMG LLP, he worked on a broad variety of clients and gained knowledge in manufacturing, insurance, consumer products, healthcare, service industries and non-profit organizations. Mervyn left public practice in 2003 and worked in the private sector until 2010 in owner managed businesses in which he held the position of Vice President, Finance and Chief Financial Officer.
Mervyn decided to return to public practice in 2011 by acquiring an accounting practice in Milton, Ontario from an accountant who was looking to retire after practicing for over 20 years. Mervyn’s success has been derived from the personal care and attention he provides each client, tailoring customized financial and taxation plans that are sensitive to each client’s individual needs. His experience from working on the “other side” in industry has definitely been an asset in understanding the challenges and issues faced by business owners in today’s environment.
Outside of the office, Mervyn enjoys playing sports, working out and is an avid runner. Mervyn is also busy raising his two beautiful children.
Lynn Jagessar-Fonseca, CPA, CMA

Lynn graduated from the University of Toronto with a Bachelor of Commerce degree in 1999 and obtained her CMA designation in 2001. She has been exposed to various industries and worked for owner managed and public companies. She has been responsible for the completion and analysis of internal and external reporting with a stong emphasis on financial planning.
She is passionate about her work and enjoys dealing with business clients and individuals in all facets of accounting and business planning. Lynn is able to work side by side with clients to help them understand how to use their accounting software accurately, but more importantly how to best manage finances efficiently and effectively.
She has been a resident of Milton, Ontario since 2003. When she is not running after her two kids, she enjoys running outside in the fresh air.
